Hogle Zoo

On Monday, Matt used one of his vacation days so that we could cruise down to Salt Lake and introduce Madi to all of her animal pals at the Hogle Zoo.  Madi LOVES all animals and has been perfecting their sounds for months now.  She especially loves to bugle like an elephant and call like a monkey.  Daniel and Brook and their four cuties from Washington were in town and met up with us.  Aunt Jill, the prettiest pregnant angel we've ever seen, and Aunt Jodi, our bestest adventure buddy, met up with as well!

We started off strong and had a blast.  But I'm not sure how much Madi digested at the zoo.  When I pointed out the elephants, she was absorbed with the foilage directly in her line of sight.  When we pointed out the monkeys, she admired the smudge on their glass cage.  Then when the sun's merciless rays started beating down on us, we lost Madi's paci, and naptime came and went without any shut-eye, we decided to call it a day.  We do love a good adventure...but have no shame throwing in the towel when the fun is all funned out!

So, cute! Looks like a great time with good folks. Love that filter you used on a few pics. Is it the seventies one?

Glad you are still having fun with only days to go till deliverance. You look great Kaye! Of course Madi and Matt look good too but why shouldn't they?

Thanks guys! We are squeezing in all the fun we can with our only-child before we bump her out of babyhood (been feelin' a little guilty about that). Kellbers: I do LOVE the 70's photoshop feature. That's the one I used with the aunties. I also use BOOST quite a bit to enhance the colors. Yay for photoshop!
